Do you have air and heat?
Answer: Yes, we keep the facility at 70 degrees.

Why don’t you answer your phones at 8:30 when you open?

Answer: This is a very busy time for us—the customers dropping off or picking up are waiting for service. We answer our phones at 9:00AM.

Does your groomer do cats, rabbits or ferrets?

Answer: Yes, call Kat our groomer at baronwood to discuss your pets needs.

Can I just have my animals nails trimmed?

Answer: Yes, call to make sure Kat is in-no appointment needed.

Do you have to board an animal to have it groomed?

Answer: No, please call to make an appointment. (314) 838-2021


When the office is closed, who takes care of my pet?
Answer:
We have the kennel staffed 365 days a year.

Do you take pit bulls?

Answer: Yes,
of course.

Do you have training?
Answer: Yes,
we have a board & train program and day training.

Does your trainer use a shock collar?
Answer: NO-
clicker trainer and positive reinforcement training only.

Do you put my pet with other people’s pets?
Answer: No,
we do not board your pet with other people’s pets, they all have their space inside and out.

Does it cost to let my pet outside?
Answer: NO
we let them out at least 3 times per day.

Can we bring toys, treats or bedding?
Answer: YES,
whatever it takes to make your pet comfortable.

Do you give medications including insulin shots?

Answer: Yes,
whatever your dog needs, (we DO NOT give insulin shots to cats).

Do we need a reservation?
Answer: Yes
a reservation is needed.

What shots are required?
Answer:
Rabies, DHLPP, bordatella (DOGS) ** FDRC, rabies (CATS)
